Delivery & Returns

Orders are prepared and shipped in 24 hours following your order (except on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

For orders placed from 01:00 to 16:00 your package will be shipped the day after the order (D+1 excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders from 16:00 to 24:00 will be shipped on D+2 (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
You will be notified by email when your package is shipped and you will receive your order tracking number to be informed of the delivery of your package.

From France

Delivery via Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, Fedex or Amazon FBA in 48 to 72h : 8 Euros (tax. incl.)

From E.U and Switzerland

Delivery via Colissimo Expert in 2 to 7 days depending of the destination : 10 Euros (tax. incl)

Delivery in Switzerland in 3 to 10 days depending of duty controls : 20 Euros (tax. incl)

From abroad

Delivery via Colissimo, UPS or DHL in 4 to 10 days depending of the destination : 25 Euros (tax. incl.)

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You have received your items but the size or the cut does not suit you? Do not worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request an exchange or a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

You have 14 days from the date that you receive your parcel to return your items to us free of charge* for a full refund. Simply complete the returns process via your Alice With Alex account. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, simply email bonjour@alicewithalex.com and ask for a shipping label. You will need to provide all your informations regarding your order and your address. You will be able to specify a date and pick-up time wich is convenient for you. Then our team will send you a prepaid shipping label and will give you instruction for the expedition.

*Only from Metropolitan France. Returns from other countries are at your expense.

LEAD TIME

Returns via Colissimo take approximately 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. Returns via Mondial Relay* can take between 10 and 15 days to reach us. For international returns, the delay will depend on the method of return chosen. For peace of mind, we advise you to retain all tracking numbers for any parcels you return to us.

Once the status of your parcel has been updated to ‘delivered’ on the tracking, it takes our team a few days to process and refund your returned items. You will receive an email to let you know once the refund/credit note has been processed.

* When you process a return with Mondial Relay, you must make sure that you temporarily allow pop-ups on your browser so that you can correctly download and print the returns label.
